Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to tenants and everyone using a PAY N BROWSE-managed network or the platform itself.

You must not

• Use the platform or a managed network for unlawful activity, including fraud, unauthorized access to systems, or distribution of illegal content.
• Send SMS that is unsolicited marketing to people who never bought from you, or that violates Kenyan communications regulations. Messaging your own customers about their service is fine; spam is not.
• Resell platform access, probe or attack the platform, or attempt to bypass payment verification, rate limits, or voucher controls.
• Misrepresent pricing to WiFi customers or charge amounts different from those displayed on the captive portal.

Network fairness

Tenants set their own package speeds and prices, and are expected to deliver what customers pay for. Persistent complaints of non-delivery may lead to suspension.

Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, or account suspension. Where the law requires, we report illegal activity to the authorities.
