PAY N BROWSE

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026. These terms govern use of the PAY N BROWSE platform by WiFi operators ("tenants") and their customers in Kenya.

1. The service

PAY N BROWSE provides software for managing WiFi routers, selling internet access vouchers via M-Pesa, and related messaging and billing tools. We are a software provider: internet connectivity is supplied by the tenant, and customer payments for vouchers are collected on the tenant's own M-Pesa shortcode — we never hold customer funds.

2. Accounts and responsibility

3. Fees

Paid plans and platform commissions are billed by invoice, payable via M-Pesa. Fees are shown before you commit. Unpaid invoices may reduce plan features after the stated grace period; they never cut off your customers' already-purchased access.

4. Customer payments

Voucher payments are a transaction between the customer and the tenant, processed by Safaricom M-Pesa. We provide payment verification and reconciliation tooling but are not a party to the sale of internet access.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, our aggregate liability is limited to the platform fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for losses caused by internet outages, router hardware, Safaricom systems, or events outside our control.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. On closure we retain records only as long as law and legitimate business need require (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
