Commission applies to WiFi you actually sell. If you sell nothing in a month, a free plan costs you nothing. Payouts go out once your balance passes the amount shown on your billing page.

You are an individual
A router in your plot, hostel, salon or shop. Start on the free plan and sell today without a paybill of your own: customers pay into our M-Pesa till, we keep a share, and the rest is paid out to you. Most people never need to leave it.
You are an ISP or WISP
Several sites, PPPoE subscribers on monthly billing, staff who need their own logins. A flat monthly fee and no commission, so growth costs you nothing extra.
SMS credits
Voucher codes, receipts and expiry reminders go out by SMS. Buy credits when you need them, by M-Pesa. One credit is one SMS to one person.
